1. ELSA works to have 0 paper: your reservation files are no longer printed - your invoices are automatically sent to you by email 

2. ELSA has reduced its consumption of plastics to a maximum

3. A CASTALIE water fountain is at your disposal on level -1 of the Reception

4. Your towels are only replaced if you put them on the floor. By doing so, you help to reduce the use of water, detergent and CO² (transport)

5. For long stays, your sheets are changed every 3 days unless you give a contrary indication to the Front Desk. By doing so, you also help reduce the use of water, detergent and CO² (transportation)

Do you have used batteries?

Do you have cardboard packaging or paper to dispose of?

Please bring them down to the Front Desk, ELSA will recycle them for you

If you have glass bottles or jars, leave them in the room and we will throw them in the glass bin

We will never sort through the waste baskets in your rooms. If you want to help us in our fight, please do not mix your waste.
